If you pay your monthly installments using www.mibinsure.com, your account will be updated immediately and late fees will be avoided.
If payment is made through any source other than www.mibinsure.com eg. bank transfers - please allow a minimum of two (2) BUSINESS DAYS for the payment to be credited to your account.
Making your installment payment is easy – Here's how!
1. After signing into your account, select - 'Payment' (see example below).


3. Click the 'Policy Number' of the policy you wish to make a payment on (see example below).

4. Select your payment amount (see example below).

5. Click 'Pay Now' to process your transaction.

Not using your original debit or credit card?
If for any reason you are no longer able to pay using your original debit or credit card, you may pay using another debit or credit card, or pay using bank transfer.
However, in the case of a bank transfer, you must include your full name and client account number and allow a minimum of two (2) BUSINESS DAYS for the amount to be credited to your account to avoid late fees.
